Selena Duncan is an Architectural Designer with over 8 years in the industry.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture degrees from Norwich University in Vermont, USA. She has studied Architectural Professional Studies at Unitec and has been certified by the New Zealand Registered Architects Board as Pathway 4 Equivalency Applicant for registration.

Selena is a Design 2 Licensed Building Practitioner and is an active Graduate member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.

Selena runs her own practice and contracts to other businesses. She is passionate about design and specializes in new residential designs, although has also worked on many residential re-clads, additions, alterations and commercial projects.

Selena is published in Snapshot 500 Architecture + Women New Zealand and has published her Architectural Thesis Architecture Industry Education Center as part of her Master’s degree.

Selena focuses on individualized design, functionality, style and takes pride in every project she works on. Her design goal is to achieve a finished product that best suits and captures the perfect design for each individual client.
